Esther Kristel

Esther’s focus is on the power of words and how we can use them to create change. She is inspired when people realise they can write, and write well! She also appreciates how Plain Language promotes inclusivity and clarity for all. 

Her decision to pursue Plain Language training stems from her decades of teaching and a desire to help others express themselves clearly. With nearly thirty years of English teaching experience, including eighteen years in leadership roles, Esther has witnessed how effective writing breaks down barriers and enhances understanding. 

In her workshops, Esther helps participants identify what they know and what they still need to learn. She blends practical strategies with creativity, enthusiasm, and humour, tailoring her approach to diverse audiences.  

Central to her work is a fundamental principle: effective writing serves as a powerful tool for connection, clarity, and credibility. Esther's ultimate goal is to provide her participants with the necessary tools for success in the workplace and to foster positive change.
